The 60’s saw not only a marked increase in PMA’s membership but also the formation of chapters, as the association made a bid for the active involvement of marketing men throughout the country. Chapters were organized in Cebu, Makati and Quezon City. Thus, evolved the PMA National Council in 1969 under Anacleto del Rosario’s administration to serve as an umbrella organization for the existing chapters.

The next decade saw the PMA continuing the tradition of the 60s by coming up with programs and projects in response to the changing needs of the times.
